The Split Precision class is designed to elevate your shooting abilities by focusing on the key elements of speed and accuracy. This advanced defensive shooting course takes you beyond the fundamentals and pushes you to refine your skills under realistic conditions.
What should you expect?
- Build Speed and Accuracy: Learn techniques to increase your shooting speed without sacrificing precision, allowing you to engage targets faster and more confidently.
- Master Dynamic Movement: Develop your ability to shoot on the move and engage targets while navigating different positions and angles, simulating defensive scenarios where staying stationary isn’t an option.
- Engage Multiple Threats: Hone your skills in identifying and engaging multiple targets rapidly, building your situational awareness and decision-making capabilities under pressure.
- Utilize Cover and Concealment: Gain practical experience in using cover to your advantage while maintaining accuracy, preparing you for real-world encounters where the environment plays a critical role.
- Improve Target Transitions: Enhance your ability to switch between targets effectively at various distances, maximizing your response efficiency in dynamic situations.
- Implement After-Action Tactics: Learn essential post-engagement protocols, including scanning for additional threats and assessing the environment to ensure safety and readiness.
Who should attend?
The Split Precision class is ideal for defensive shooters who want to push their skills to the next level and achieve consistent, reliable performance in high-stakes situations.
Requirements:
- Completion of a liability waiver.
- 200 Rounds of ammunition.
- A quality holster. (See the training library for more info.)
- Your personal carry is preferred to better understand how your carry works for you.
- Hearing & Eye Protection.
- At minimum 2 Magazines.
- If you require creature comforts during class, such as food or drink, feel free to bring them to class. You are welcome to eat or drink (non-alcoholic) during the class or the break portions of the class.
