This Class will certify you for the Enhanced Concealed Carry Permit.
Class Overview: A Comprehensive Program Designed To Elevate Your Skills And Understanding Of Responsible Gun Ownership. This Class Not Only Equips You With Essential Knowledge But Also Extends The Privilege Of Concealed Carry Into 38 States.
What should you expect?
- Reviewing and learning S.D. Laws as it pertains to self-defense, firearms usage, and firearms handling / care, as well as laws regarding transportation and usage in various other states across the Union.
- Video analysis of defensive usage and class discussion.
- Concealed Carry Lifestyle principles and how-to’s.
- Live range portion consisting of 100 rounds shot in total.
- Personal shooting development and coaching from instructors.
- Drills developed to improve overall skill and discipline.
Who should attend?
This course is designed for everyone and anyone seeking to get certified to obtain a South Dakota Enhanced Concealed Carry Permit. However, we recommend attending a basic pistol course before attendance. We accommodate all levels of shooters for this class.
Requirements:
- Participants must bring a Reliable semi-automatic Handgun for this class. Hearing and eye protection are required for the range portion. If you don’t have any of these items please contact us before the class date so we may help you.
- 100 rounds of ammunition to be fired during the range portion of the class.
- Completion of a liability waiver must be provided to the instructor before attending the range portion of the class. (digital copies are sent digitally and physical copies are available in class.)
- If you require creature comforts during the class such as food or drink feel free to bring so to class. You are welcome to eat or drink (non-alcoholic) during the class or the break portions of the class.
Takeaways:
By the end of the class, Participants will have completed the State requirements to obtain their S.D Enhanced Concealed Carry Permit, have a basic understanding of S.D Laws, defensive tactics and principles, Lifestyle adaptations, and improvements through means of deliberate coaching of skills and discipline as it relates to shooting capabilities and decision-making processes.
